Your own domain, help where you need it, and the Pro plan

New

  • Your own domain for your Folios. On Pro, share your Folios from an address you own, like folio.yourname.com. Settings → Custom domain shows the two records to add, checks them for you, and emails you when it's live. Links you've already sent keep working. How to set it up

  • Help where you need it. "Learn more" links on the screens that need explaining, and a fuller help center covering stories, files, Folios, sharing and your account.

  • A Help menu. Open your avatar for Help center, What's new, Send feedback and Contact support.

  • Send feedback from inside the app. Share an idea in a line. No extra account needed, and we'll email you when its status changes.

Improved

  • The paid plan is now called Pro. Same plan, same price, a clearer name.

  • One set of words everywhere. Stories and files, in the app, on the site and in our policies.

  • Times in your own time zone. Dates and times show where you are, not in UTC.

  • Your own visits don't count as opens. Looking at your own Folio no longer shows up as a reader opening it.

  • Replacing a file keeps its place. The new version stays where the old one was, including as a story's main image and in Folios you've already shared.

  • A fuller data export. Your export now includes what each story demonstrates.

  • A clear message at the daily AI limit. You're told plainly when you've reached it, instead of seeing a general error.

Fixed

  • The passcode's copy button now says Copy code.

  • Deleting your account now sends you a confirmation email.

  • Emails you can turn off now carry an unsubscribe link, in every version of the email.
